                                                    at the criteria for a mission statement different approaches and views may be assessed. Radtke, (1998) states that it should define and explain what it is the company does and  
                                                
                                                    the nature of the work, in a clear and concise manner, being no more than a paragraph in length.  The same definition also states that it should incorporate what  
                                                
                                                    the firm plans for the future, expressed in very general terms, for example, to be the best, or to be the most reliable (Radtke, 1998). It should also reflect the  
                                                
                                                    values of the organization, all in a simple to understand manner.  	Drucker (2004) also notes that the mission statement should give a clear definition of the purpose of the  
                                                
                                                    business, and should include realistic business objectives. Jones and Kahaner (1996) gives a little more detail, stating that the mission statement should be the "operational, ethical, and financial guiding lights
