by P. Giltman 6/2010 Please There are a number of criminal justice organizations around
the world each working to fight for different causes and for different groups of people. For example, there is the American Bar Association Juvenile Justice Committee that works to fight
for juveniles to ensure they are being treated and tried fairly in a court of law. Another example is the Center for Sex Offender Management which strives to enhance public
safety by preventing further victimization while improving the management and retention of adult and juvenile sex offenders in the local community. In addition, there is also the National White Collar
Crime Center which provides training, investigative support and research to agencies involved in the prevention, investigation and prosecution of economic and what is considered high-tech crime. As the list goes
on, one can obviously see the array of different criminal justice organizations working to ensure proper justice for the perpetrators as well as the services available for the victims.
While most of these groups either serve as non-profits or are partially or totally funded by governmental entities, their leaders all face their fair share of challenges they must overcome
both today and in the years to come. And because each organization is structured differently and each group serves a distinct set of people, they each have their own individual
