1. What was the authors background? As could be rightly assumed, Kennedy is of the famous Kennedys. "Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was born into a family of privilege: the Kennedys.
Nephew of President John F. Kennedy and son of Senator Robert F. Kennedy, he could have done many things with his life, but he has chosen to fight for the
environment and everyones right to clean water and air by taking on the big corporate polluters and holding them accountable for their actions" (Jewell, 2007). He possesses a masters degree
in the field of Environmental Law and as a Kennedy is no stranger to the way politics and society works. In truth he is about as valid a source for
