would be saved on the part of the crime prevention officer if a presentation was made at the Senior Center daily luncheon. If the population is a younger one, the
crime prevention officer might begin by giving information at day care or at schools with hand-outs for children to take home. Whatever the
age group that is hearing the discussion, it would be good to begin with the question, what do any of us do when we are afraid? Do we physically
feel differently? Does it affect our judgment? How can we avoid those feelings? Of course some of this again will depend on the nature of the audience.
