one author notes, "Many of us do not see ourselves as being creative, because we dont have much of an audience for what we do. In fact, we focus too
much on Big C creativity--the glamorous achievements of geniuses-- and overlook the ways each of us displays flair and imagination in our own lives" (Goleman; Kaufman, 1992). For those who
do engage in any obvious artistic endeavor, however, there is a very powerful reality that they have the ability to touch upon, a creative release, a powerful form of expression.
The following paper presents a look at how the creative process of sculpting changes perspectives and the mood of this particular writer. Creative Process This particular writer finds
some sense of creative release through writing, which is their primary job, but it is often a writing with boundaries and thus does not serve to really release any element
of this particular persons being. For this person the true release comes through sculpting figures. One artist notes, "The process of creating and the lines, shapes, colors and textures that
result from this exploration are visual extensions of who I am in those moments" (Rothaus, 2006). For Rothaus the art is in many forms, painting and mixed media and sculpture.
For this particular writer it is also mixed media and sculpture, though painting is a rare endeavor as well. In picturing a
