and condemns any reference to a Creator or God as simple cultural fabrications made up to satisfy our own questions at a time much earlier in history when science was
not "advanced" enough to offer other explanations. We are much more content with calling ourselves atheist than we are in calling ourselves religious. Sometime during the last few
generations of our history we have lost touch with our beginnings. Believing in divine creation or in the Creator himself has come to be associated with old fashionness. There
are many valid points both to Creationism and to the concept of Evolution. What is so perplexing is that one does not have to be exclusive of the other.
Unfortunately, however, many Creationist believe in exact literal translations of the Bible or other creation accounts and evolutionist cannot accept the possibility that evolutionary itself could be the result of
divine intervention. In reality, many of the beliefs of modern society are being challenged by science itself (Glynn PG). These challenges arent limited to Creationism; they target atheism
and evolution as well (Glynn PG). These challenges extend to Communism, Fascism, Existentialism, Positivism, and even Freudianism; all of which took their direction based on the belief that God
is dead (Glynn PG). The contentions of these and other beliefs which center around either the non-existence of God or his death center around the notion that life arose
