calls to find updated flight information, for example. Just as airlines use their telephones to relay updated departures and arrivals, the travel agent can utilize the Internet to relay pertinent
information to his or her customers and free up time for the agent to acquire new business or to engage in other lucrative activities. In addition to basic time and
price information, such a database might include detailed information and hypertext links relevant to a potential customers destination. In using this subject domain, it is important to identify and classify
the relevant components and relationships each has, in order to make a decision on what type of structure to impose and choose applicable software. II. Specifications In
embarking on any project there of course will be boundaries. Boundaries for this particular project will be limited to only 7 popular destinations. In other words, the travel agency is
quite extensive but it is unreasonable to be able to create a very large base to provide the customer with unlimited resources. Further, that would defeat the purpose. The idea
is to educate and help the public but not completely sever the agent-customer role. A model with a more extensive scope would include quite a large database representing every destination
that the agency has access to. Such a base would include complete information on every flight in the world; again, that job would not only be undesirable but likely an
