same job for the past four years. Jennifer reported that peers generally believe that she is a conscientious and punctual worker, and she has had five positive performance reviews
since she started working. Jennifer reported that her physical health fluctuates and that she has had to take more than an average
number of six days since she began working in this occupation. Specifically, Jennifer reported that she has had repeated problems with irritable bowel syndrome, which is often exacerbated by
stress. She stated that over the past two months, the end of her long-term relationship with her partner, "Steve," led to increased physical discomfort and physical responses to the
end of her relationship, including a sense of daily dread about getting out of bed. Jennifer reported a family history of "nervous stomach,"
which she had diagnosed as IBS. Jennifer also reported that her mother, older brother, and younger sister all suffer from clinical depression, though she says that she does not
