to move forward with what they knew was right. They stopped at nothing. In contrast, there have been several situations where lack of courage in leadership positions led to disarray,
confusion and sometimes even anarchy. In fact, studies have shown that lack of courage in leadership roles is the number one factor for the fail in management. Fear causes people
to hesitate and hold back, restricting individuals from pursuing their dreams and ambitions for themselves and the ones they are leading. Possessing the necessary courage on the other hand helps
leaders build confidence and with confidence comes charisma. These are all vital components one must have if he or she wants to pursue a leadership role. And these characteristics can
apply to anyone from a small business owner in a rural town to the President of the United States. It is a well stated fact that having courage in leadership
