Management, Employees and Stakeholders" is provided to look more closely at the problem of corporate governance and what has been done about it thus far. The next section examines proposals
in terms of what might be done in the future about corporate governance, and finally, the conclusion suggests that some simple things can be done to tweak the companys culture
and make sure that the needs of all stakeholders are served. Special attention is paid to stockholder needs. This report ends with the suggestion that with the twenty-first century upon
the world, new challenges will appear, but if corporate governance is effective, corporate America can only do better in the future. An Appendix appears after the Reference list
