to be quite beneficial is that of the Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD). This noteworthy approach, which was realized at Johns Hopkins University, utilizes several small groups comprised of people
who have varying degrees of aptitude. The individuals within each of these groups form a significantly stronger bond together than they do on their own; as a result, the
students are afforded a much more in depth view of the mathematics lesson. It goes without saying that those students who have a better understanding of the material are
