Knarles turned that task over to his son and Barkley did not do it this year so the plumber is working without a license. * They have contracts with building
owners in their own state of Maryland as well as in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Fees range from $2,000 to $4,000 per month. Owners also pay for any
equipment that must be replace, e.g., water heaters, boilers. * Most of his customers are long-term so Knarles has stopped writing renewal contracts. Instead, the owner and customer verbally agree
to the terms. * Knarles went to a trade show in Hawaii and while he was gone, Ian Chetum, a building owner, talks to Barkley and says he has
