Essay / Research Paper Abstract

A 7 page consultant’s report recommending change in corporate culture. Changing company direction and culture can seem to be an overwhelming task, but it is quite manageable when approached logically and implemented incrementally. The purpose here is to identify several workable alternatives within Schein’s definition of corporate culture, select one recommendation and justify its selection. Bibliography lists 6 sources.
