methods of entry and the ability of the company to leverage any available opportunities. In this paper we will consider the potential for an Australian housing construction company to expand to China. In China the construction industry is an important industry. In most recent years there has been a marked increase in the level of expenditure on real estate development. If we look at the patterns of the industry in the long term this may give us a trend on which is useful when looking to enter the market.
