the research. The company wants to assess satisfaction levels of their customers, therefore, the hypothesis need to look this aim; it needs to be clear and definitive. The hypothesis
(H1) is the point that the research needs to prove, this needs to be balanced by a null hypothesis (H0), this is the potential opposite outcome (Curwin and Slater, 2004).
H1 = Existing customers of Maztec Computer Ltd have above average levels of customer satisfaction. H0 = Existing customers of Maztec Computer Ltd have
only average levels of satisfaction or below. The research seeks to prove the null hypothesis, if it cannot be proven it is
rejected and the hypothesis is accepted, if it can be proven then the null hypothesis is accepted and the hypothesis is rejected (Curwin and Slater, 2004).
However this hypothesizes will need further clarification as the terms used may be seen as subjective. This can be dealt with in the paper with a definition

use of statistical analysis. The data needs to be collected in a way that can be coded. This can be simple, such as codes for male and female, codes or
actual numbers for the number of purchases made and the use of a Likert scale for satisfaction levels. With data that is collected and represented in numerical format a statistical
