the students, are small children or participants in an adult learning setting. It is important to understand that leadership is a matter of mindset, not just the creation of
rules and regulations. It is worth noting that the most exemplary of leaders, whether in the modern corporation or in the mythological glories of fairy tales, is a person who
is able to inspire followers, allow them to understand the larger vision, and encourage their belief and support for that same vision. In the realm of education, leadership
is perhaps of even greater importance since the outcomes of many peoples lives depend on how well the organization meets the needs of its "customers" and the ways in which
it offers innovative and effective education. That then results in a consideration of how well an individual educational "organization" is actually being led. Leadership is directly related to results and
in an educational setting, those results mean that individual students are gaining information they need to both survive and thrive. How a particular school is organized and how its unique
