addition to the status quo. In addressing the issue, one may presume that the case involves a fictitious firm. It could be any firm. However, in imagining such a company,
it pays to note that today, most railroad companies are huge conglomerates ("Whats Free about Free Software," 2005). In fact, there have even been charges of dominance in the industry
