tube, hyper Surround Sound and 3-line digital comb filter for $300, a price well below any of your competitors. Having had no prior experience with your company but hearing
testimonials from others who have, I made this purchase on the positive word-of-mouth. However, the picture tube blew just four days after taking possession of the television, and I
have received absolutely no cooperation in either replacing the television or refunding the purchase amount. I fully understand that volume merchandising is Big Box Discounts primary industry, and the
vast number of customers who purchase product inventory makes it challenging at best to respond to all the client inquiries; however, I have patiently waited two weeks for a response
to my three phone calls and four emails, all of which have gone completely unacknowledged; I live too far away (80 miles) to make a special trip in person.
When I purchase a product, I expect the retailer to honor its commitment to providing reasonable customer service and rectifying problems in a timely manner. Big Box Discounters have
done neither in this case, and I have just about run out of patience. As a result, I am giving this company one more chance to repair and/or resolve
the situation of my defective television: If I do not hear back from you within five working days of the date of this letter, I will proceed with disputing the
