not the overwhelming success it was hoped to be. CLINTONS HEALTH PLAN The Health Security Act of 1994 was soundly rejected by Congress for being too "too far-reaching and
overly invasive by the government" (Health Security Act of 1994 2002, PG). This was meant to make sure that all employees were covered for health insurance whether they had
taken it out or not. This type of plan was not only too invasive but was more like an action taken by a welfare state such as that found
in other countries. A prime example would be that of Denmark. COMPARISON BETWEEN THE U. S. AND DENMARK While the United States did not adopt the Clinton Health
Plan of 1994, there are still healthcare organizations that are now responsible for over sixty-seven million Americans. There is a new system of organization that is desperately needed in
order to give patients quality care through effective and friendly customer service. Accordingly, patients have the right to know there are accurate and easily accessed medical records.
The changes that have occurred in healthcare over the last few years make it obvious that if healthcare representatives are to do a quality job in providing patient care there
