represent a group because they share the workload. They are not necessarily a team, though. A team is defined as a number of people who come together who work cooperatively
as a group to achieve something. So, a team is a group but a group is not necessarily a team. There are both teams and groups in any organization. Members
of the same department or division are a group. They may have a common goal, which is to increase the productivity of the organization but that does not make them
a team. There are different levels and types of groups, which are usually identified as dependent, independent and interdependent (Wiley Publishing, 2010). A dependent group is one that has
