2007). The historic district is between Northern Boulevard and Roosevelt, with the area known as "Little India" is centered at 74th Street and 35th Avenue (Roleke, 2007). The area
of famous for its garden apartments, but the only public park in Jackson Heights, Travers Park, is usually crowded (Roleke, 2007). Located between 77th and 78th Streets, Travers Park is
the site of summer Sunday concerts and the local farmers market (Roleke, 2007). This is a relatively safe neighborhood (for NYC). The 115th Precinct police station reports that in
