Effective communication has proven to be the key to success in many of lifes arenas. This is particularly true in the business environment. Indeed, everyday functions
of business are intimately tied to communication Communication is the business world could, in fact, be considered imperative for success. This holds true for interpersonal communication, for communication
between management and staff, and for practically every other contact an organization has both within its own establishment and the outside world. The purpose of this paper is to
highlight the qualities which determine the strengths and weaknesses of a communicator and to provide specific goals form improving oral communications within a business environment.
It is though effective communication that an organization can accomplish individual member independence and interdependent team work. Effective communication increases team work and minimizes and resolves conflict.
