sage. It is likely that this will be an initial concept based on tacit rather than explicit knowledge, this is a concept that will need input form knowledge gained though
experiential learning and independent thinking (Nonaka and Takeuchi, 1999). This will then need to be communicated. The initial concept may be communicated form the thinker to another individual. The range
of methods here is wide. Tools such as letters and email which are one to one communication may be seen for the initial approach. However, there will also need to
be direct communication, preferably face to face, but possibly only vocally (Stanton, 2003). It is likely that the communication will be informal at the beginning of the concept stage of
