Kenya -have expressed some desire for closer relations with the United States in order to in the future be provided with more financial and military aid. A state department official
will want to evaluate which country is better off. Would Kenya or Columbia be a stronger ally? In writing a comparative analysis report on this subject, a student will want
to compare the two countries relative to a variety of issues, but with a focus on political and governmental policy. Other considerations of particular significant include how the governments have
reacted to recent political events. In 2001, the reaction to the World Trade Center disaster is critical. After all, this is one of the most significant things to happen to
the world in quite some time. With the U.S. at war, new allies are forming and others have been discarded. As George Bush suggested, nations are either with the U.S.
