made adjustments which primarily concern the workplace and minorities. The Civil Rights Act of 1991 made several more additional provisions to protect the rights of minorities against discrimination in
the workplace. It offered more options in terms of taking employers to court, getting a jury trial, being offered more compensation for damages, and also protected people against age discrimination
to mention just a few of the points altered through this particular act. The following paper does not attempt to argue one point or another concerning this particular Civil
Rights Act but rather provides a general overview of opinions and perspectives at the time the act came into play. The following paper examines three different articles, providing a literature
review of sorts, which can assist the student with their research of this particular Civil Rights Act. The articles deal with specifics as they apply to employers and business owners,
