employees call themselves Christian. The following paper examines a particular case study that involves the Christian faith experience in work as it relates to issues such as ethical thinking, human
relations, leadership and vision values. Christian Faith Experience The case study involves a man who is a Christian, and has been for 10 years since his wife left
him and their 4 children alone. She was disgruntled that he was not ambitious enough to want to work really hard and rise to the top. He was comforted by
Christians and turned to Christ and since then had helped his secretary find Jesus, led Bible studies at the office after hours on Fridays and was otherwise very involved in
Christian teaching and activities. This man, Joe, found a note from his new boss, his previous boss having been a Christian, who
said he needed to speak with him right away. When he went to see his new boss he was told that he needed Joe to implement many changes, which were
written on papers he handed Joe. He then said: "before you head out, there is something I want to change about your work habits. I notice that you arrive
late every Tuesday morning and leave early every Wednesday night, and I have been told that it has something to with your church. Well, church is fine for those who
