Despite the differentiation this is a restaurant that is a competition in the fast food sector, a market that is highly competitive and dominated by restaurants such as McDonalds and KFC, but the growth of the chain over the last decade appears to indicate they have been able to create a very strong market for their products and service. Trend Analysis The way the firm has been performing may be considered by looking at the performance of the firm using ratio analysis; this will help to show trends and improvements. There has been a general upward trend in the levels of sales, this has increased rapidly between 2004 and 2009, the sales in 2004 were $470.7211, and in 2005 increased by 33.35% to $627.695, this was followed by several years if significant growth followed by a deceleration ion growth.
