and tacos, approaching the market with the aim of producing a causal dining experience with food that is fast but good with the use of high quality ingredients and

and employs 60 people (Chipotle Mexican Grill, 2009). Despite the differentiation this is a restaurant that is a competition in the fast
food sector, a market that is highly competitive and dominated by restaurants such as McDonalds and KFC, but the growth of the chain over the last decade appears to indicate

has been a general upward trend in the levels of sales, this has increased rapidly between 2004 and 2009, the sales in 2004 were $470.7211, and in 2005 increased by
