a watch, is worn by the person and emits a tracking signal. If the child bolts, police are called and the childs Project Lifesaver status and frequency number are
provided by the caregiver. There are 1,190 success stories about Project Lifesaver, which now exists in 41 states. According to literature, search times have been reduced from hours
and days to minutes (Miller, 2005). Baby boomers present a considerable challenge by the sheer number of people who will be diagnosed with some type of cognitive deficit disorder
such as dementia or Alzheimers. In order to anticipate the percentage of those who will inevitably become lost and unable to remember who they are, where they live or
the name of someone to call for help, the tracking bracelet serves as a lifeline similar to the ones used in the event of a fall. GPS technology -
