that I have extensive experience supervising clinics within a variety of settings, handling staff ranging from 6 to 40 individuals. In each case, handling difficult situations and circumstances, I was
able to turn these clinical environments around, making them productive, efficient, and with a solid emphasis on customer satisfaction. My educational background is a BS in Pharmacy and a
Masters degree in counseling. I have worked as a pharmacist for 17 years and as a supervisor for 15. In my capacity as supervisor, I have opened new clinics, handled
remodels and planned moves. Additionally, my work experience includes acting as a travel clinic pharmacist consultant. I also have experience that ranges from mentoring new entry level supervisors to supervising
work flow process, as well as handling clinical screening and parc utilization. A CP bears the responsibility for overseeing every element of pharmacy service, as the CP is accountable
for all aspects of medicines and their management, such as "safe procurement, storage, handling, distribution and use" (Stephens 283). Furthermore, a CP is responsible for overseeing compliance with all state
and federal laws and regulations ("Chief Pharmacist"). As a pharmacy supervisor and also in my role in the Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy Department, I have addressed and handled these responsibilities. Due
to my years of experience with Kaiser Permanente, I understand the logistics of this aspect of the organization and have the expertise to move the department forward, providing a positive
vision for the future. In addition to this strength, I possess the qualities and strengths that literature indicates are required by the role of CP. These qualities include being
competent, knowledgeable, trustworthy, an effective listener, respectful of others, compassionate, just, generous and open (Bush and Walesh 8). I possess each of these qualities. Furthermore, literature indicates that it is
