IT managers must be able to assess the needs of the organization and they must do so accurately and in a timely manner (Sisco, 2003). * Create a vision, which does correlate with Signsons. Since IT activities are typically performed in teams, the IT manager must also be able to manage the team, which requires both leadership and management skills (Sisco, 2003). * Ability to implement change management processes.
