that helps the student revise their own essay about how they have changed and what is important to them now, as opposed to three years ago in the 8th grade.
Changing as a Person The person requesting this essay notes that they are Chinese and others in their family, upon a
trip to Hong Kong, noted how much this individual had grown. But they themselves note the change more internally than externally in their essay. The student notes "Although it was
obvious to my relatives and friends that I have grown physically, what they did not notice was how much I have grown mentally as well since the last time they
saw me. In just three years, I have matured significantly in my outlook of the world." (At this point the students essay will have changes provided by this writer).
