in net income. The company designs, builds and implements high information technology systems for the healthcare industry. The company has received numerous awards for its business operations and its employee
training programs, which makes it very difficult to identify a weakness in training. It has a 13 percent turnover rate in an industry known for high turnover. The company has
been consistently recognized for employee satisfaction. This analysis resulted in some modifications to the existing training programs that incorporates an expansion of two of the existing programs. The focus and
emphasis of the training intervention is team development. It is possible that by providing specific types of interpersonal and team skill training, existing and future teams will work more cooperatively,
thereby, becoming more effective and more efficient. It is also possible that the company could reduce its turnover, at least slightly. In fact, these are the objectives for the Team
Development program. While ROI is extremely difficult to determine with training programs of any kind, it is even more difficult when the training is related to soft skills. Nonetheless,
