                                                    times it is very small changes in technology which presents certain paradigms to businesses.  This is no less true in cellular phone technology.  The change in the binary  
                                                
                                                    patterns that have occurred has resulted in tremendous changes in cell phone function and functionality.        It must first be acknowledged that the concepts  
                                                
                                                    of voice transmission have changed very little over time.  It is the small changes today, however, which make or break a company in the fast-paced world of cellular telephones.
