it may be argued that it is the result of a lack of communication. Where there is conflict it may be argued that the conflict could have been resolved with
careful management and an alignment of the values of the relevant parties with good bilateral communication and the use of a more flexible approach. The term conflict means that
there will be disagreements, and that these disagreements may be severe. However, to have a disagreement by definition there must be different opinions being presented, otherwise there would be nothing
to disagree about. Looking at any commercial process, this may result in damage, but according to basic transformation models, the output of any model will be a direct reflection of
the inputs. This means that there is an increased level of input that may serve several roles, either the stimulation of thought and analysis which may result better business decisions
being made, either due to the different inputs or as a result of the analysis. Even where the conflict does not create a change decision it may create a better
understanding of that decision and as such a better ability to adapt and meet commercial demands as they change (Huczyniski and Buchanan, 2003). In many cases conflict may be resolved,
but there will also be occasions where either conflict cannot be resolved, for example, the need to make a large number of redundancies, or make spending cuts, The French government
recently saw large scale strikes as a result of its proposed cuts to the generous pension system for future government retirees. There may also be other occasions where the employer
