the $300,000 estate distribution. Goodwill Industries is 501.c.3 charitable organization designed to promote the full participation of people with special needs within society. Goodwill designs programs, for work-based education
training to recreational activities for clients who are exceptionally challenged or who simply have special needs. The client base for Goodwill includes individuals with physical and mental handicaps, people
with psychological disabilities, the homeless, and individuals with addiction problems. Goodwill utilizes other public service organizations and works with schools to incorporate programs that will benefit people in groups as
well as on an individual basis. Goodwills mission statement is clear: Goodwill is a diverse community service organization whose purpose is to achieve full participation in society of individuals
with special needs. Goodwill has developed as a focal point for social service agencies as they attempt to put more of the responsibility of providing for the needs of
the disabled back into the private sector. Although Goodwill spends a larger portion of their budgets on staff salaries and benefits than many other foundations, they provide support
