personal and professional issues that may impact on the career path, then a plan can be developed in order to determine how to travel from the current position to the
desired position. 1. Where do I want to be? This looks at the long and the short term goals. In the long time the individual wishes to be reach the
top of his current organisation at a position of CEO or equivalent. This is a position of great importance, overseeing a range of different companies as the company is an
international conglomerate. The position is not the only goal, it is also the way that the individual will undertake this position, with a high level of skill and
