have led to injuries. In some extreme cases, planned parenthood clinics have been bombed. There do not seem to be any legal actions that can be taken to eliminate
these demonstrations. Demonstrators seem to be careful to stay on public property, like sidewalks and streets. Clinic officials are left without the means of protecting those persons who want to
visit the clinics. These demonstrations hurt those people who need the services of the clinic. Demonstrators comments and allegations cause emotional distress and embarrassment. These comments can make patients
feel like criminals. This essay explores the problem of safe access to clinics by individuals who are attempting to enter the clinics to obtain a variety of services. This
essay explores this problem by reporting the legal and funding status of the clinics and the legal status of individuals who access their services as well as the legal status
