if we look at the products and services of ACAS and Cadbury their offerings are very different, but both have been developed with the end user in mind with the
operational system reflecting the range of stakeholders involved. Cadbury are a confectionary company. Having been established in 1824 there have been many changes in the product range. The company
has developed from a grocery store in 1824 to the sale of chocolate by 1831, the sale of chocolate has retained this as the core product, however, the product
today bear little resemblance to the products sold over a century ago. The product range was also extended in 1919 when there was a merger between Cadbury and J.S.
Fry & Sons Ltd (Cadbury, 2004). The range is wide and has a presence in many sectors of the market, from small bars of chocolate and easy to eat chocolate
buttons and fun brands such as Curly Whirly in the childrens market, bars such as Whispa and Flake aimed at the confectionary market with a higher level of adult consumption.
Drifter and Lion bar are the light snacks and for greater chocolate consumption the range of airy milk bars. Cadburys Cr?me eggs began as a seasonal offering, but they proved
so popular have become available all year around and special occasions are catered for with ranges of chocolate such as Roses as well as Milk Tray and Heroes. There are
many well known brands in addition to those already mentioned, these include Frys, Turkish Delight and Frys Cr?me bars, Boost, Double Deckers and Crunchie to name a few. Other non
