takes the time to study some of the stories which have been considered classics over the years it becomes evident that part of what made them great was the fact
that they adhered to some recognizable structure. Mark Twain, for example, in his Two Ways of Seeing a River, utilizes two viewpoints. The student, in creating his own paper, may
also employ this device. When one is younger, one views the world from a certain sense of safety, a reasonable belief that
though it is larger than you, someone, who is bigger and wiser, will make certain that nothing too bad happens. The awesome tradeoff comes when one does grow up, and
the world grows down, and that open acceptance of everything is traded in for the wisdom of age. Such is how I came to view that icon commonly referred to
