Sally, who took a picture of herself nude and blurred the results to present a "romantic" business of photos rather than hard-core porn, finds herself in serious trouble when she
learns that the desktop photo enhancer she had did nothing to blur her lines (meaning, in a sense, she had a nude picture of herself on the Internet). Worse still,
people were making copies of her picture and circulating it to their friends. Meanwhile, the photo editing software shed used never removed the original image - meaning the original image
was uncovered with little effort. Based on this scenario, some questions arise dealing both with legal and ethical questions. First, assuming that
Sally made no mention of copyright on her website, was it legal for viewers to copy per posted image, uncover it, then post the original image? If not legal, was
it ethical? Second, how would this change if Sally specifically stated on her website that visitors could copy any images on the
website, as long as they give photographer full credit? Third, does Sally have a case for copyright infringement or intentional inflection of
