It is simple - at least until the wedding planner is sued over some perceived breach of contract. Maybe the caterer didnt arrive on time or
one of the meats was overcooked. Or maybe the outdoor tent was the wrong color. Or the DJ showed up drunk. In
other words, when planning a wedding, its important that the planner not only have specifics spelled out in schedules, but also everything else needs to be addressed, no matter how
small. In this paper, well examine some of the steps needed to put together a contract that a wedding planner might set
up with the bridal couple. Well include much of the language and information necessary to create an iron-clad contract (or at least as iron-clad as the law allows). First, however,
well study what the literature has to say about contracts and legal obligations as they pertain to events planning. Literature Review There
