successful. Data Overview Of the 288 individuals surveyed, 41.6 percent (120) were male and 58.3 percent (168) were female. Failure for the
percentages to add to 100 are due to rounding differences. In terms of tenure with the company, individuals are grouped according to ranges
of time with the company: less than 2 years; 2 - 5 years; and more than 5 years. Table 1 illustrates tenure with the company according to gender. Table
