have also been key to the success of sales (Dussauge and Garrette, 1995). Many companies need to work with an understanding of their competitors and with a great deal of
understanding of the way in which they believe their customers want to operate (Dussauge and Garrette, 1995). As the industry supplies a wide range of areas, form commercial aviation to
defence, relationship with potential customers is also very important (Dussauge and Garrette, 1995). Of all the global geographical segments the US is the largest single aerospace industry and the largest
