such the relations are good. But, in all honesty the two will likely never ultimately see eye-to-eye for a variety of reasons. While there are blacks and whites who get
along and integrate and belong to the same social world, there are many more who experience conflict at the very least. The following paper examines black and white relations from

With the end of the Civil War came the supposed end to slavery and injustice as it involved the African American. However, as is the case
with any social and political culture, some things are never forgotten or forgiven. History is not just the past, but a powerful legacy that controls attitudes and perspectives. That is
why, in many places in the South, the Civil War was looked upon as an error. While the national law indicated they could no longer own slaves and that blacks
were now equal, they put into place a system of support that would forever keep many African Americans in a position of submission to the white. This system was share
cropping and in that system most African Americans would never find equality in the white mans world. While many people may argue
