The two companies chosen here and Black and Decker and P & F Industries. Ownership Black and Decker are the multinational company with a market capitalisation of $4,151 million there
is the potential for a high level of divers holding. 86.20% are held by institutional investors (MSN Money, 2004). The five biggest shareholders are Oakmark I fund which owns 2.47%
of the share, Excelsior Value & Restructuring which owns 1.99% of the hares, Fidelity Equity-Income Fund with 1.64% of the shares, Fidelity Magellan with 1.4% of shares and Arial Appreciation
