are many costs associated with the diagnosis and treatment of menopause that incur rather quickly as the woman prepares to incorporate bioidentical hormones into her daily life. Initially, consultation
and follow-up visits with a physician are required in order to determine and ultimately monitor the progress of hormone therapy. While there are grand variances in price throughout the
country, the standard scale is between $250 and $395 and half that much for subsequent appointments which can be either by phone or in person. Establishing appropriate dosage is
