in the city, and also, to direct more of the marketing efforts toward the local people who might want to use fast dial-up connections, but who dont want to pay
the extra money for broadband or satellite Internet coverage. Its estimated that well need a $200,000-$500,000 (USD) for start-up costs of this endeavor.
Our plan is to provide an Internet caf? with a warm ambience (and good coffee) as well as 10 computers that offer a fast connectivity - as this is what
Internet users want from such a caf?. Marketing will predominantly be word-of-mouth (though there will be some advertising used). The marketing effort will be spearheaded by the caf?s website, which
will reach out to the social networking sites as well. The target market will predominantly be younger people who are locals, though
we wont turn away foreign tourists. Our belief is that Romanians like the Internet, but become frustrated over the slow speed that many of the current Internet cafes offer. With
