In this paper, well be providing an analysis for Fossa Medical, a company that develops and markets "innovative products focused on conditions that affect the small passageways
of the body," according to the companys business plan. The first product for this company is the Stone Sweeper, which is geared toward the removal of kidney stones. Benchmark Assessments
Executive Summary. The executive summary, which is the overview of the plan, is pretty good when it comes to the product description
and what the product will be used for. What this doesnt tell us, however, is how and why this is going to make money. There are revenues and net earnings,
but the idea that "detailed financial statements are available on request" would raise a red flag. The other major red flag of
this benchmark assessment in this section comes in the area of personnel. There is no urologist mentioned -- and given that one of the market segments is urology, it seems
