worldwide (Datamonitor, 2007). In the fiscal year ending March 2007, the company recorded revenues of 8,492 million pounds, which was an increase of 3.4% in 2006 (Datamonitor, 2007). Operating profit
stood at 602 million pounds during FY 2007, a decrease of 13.3% over 2006, with net profit standing at 290 million pounds, a decrease of 35.7% from the year before
