three fundamental values are to listen to the customer, deliver goods when promised and maintain cleanliness at all times. The mission
statement of this publically traded company is to provide the best-tasting baked goods through an environment and culture of caring, cleanliness and commitment. The reason for going public is because
Bonnie Bakery believes in all stakeholders, and believes that people who are interested should have a stake in the company. More pragmatically, however, Bonnie Bakery is interested in expanding, and
the capital raised through a public sale of stock would definitely be useful. The reason for the two HR employees is to
ensure that the Bonnie Bakery employees are content and satisfied - overseeing 35 workers (and all of the paperwork and issues that entails) is too much of a job for
one person. Two people ensure an equitable distribution of labor and effort. Four marketing employees are necessary, and these would include the
